Our innovative LOADSCAN® measuring system enables simple, permanent and very accurate check of tension forces in structural members such as cables or tension rods by the means of ultrasound technology. The integration of the measuring technology with the regular and pre-approved pins of the end fittings leads to a simple and very reliable overall system. This means that along with new construction, the existing structures with tension elements can be retrofitted with this revolutionary measuring system.
The LOADSCAN® system is perfectly suitable for both permanent and temporary use. The tensile force in the tension element can be read directly during installation with the battery-powered LOADSCAN® handheld. With a permanent installation, the data can be read and stored locally, or it can be transferred to a remote location and kept in the cloud. Permanent monitoring is the first step towards smart structures.
LOADSCAN® can be also developed, jointly with the customer, for special applications areas such as rockfall protection nets and general load measuring.
Control technology for small hydropower plants, supply systems and material cableways
We are also the experts in the field of small hydropower plant controllers for all power plant types, up to approx. 3 MW capacity. These controls include appropriate visualisations, alarms and remote access facilities, as well as integration with water supply systems.
In addition, we also have many years of experience in control technology for the area of water supply systems and sewage treatment plants, telecontrol, charging controls and load controls for micro turbines, and much more.
The control systems and electrical engineering equipment for several material cableways was carried out in accordance with the latest DIN and OITAF standards.
